Reflecting on the last 115 days as the newly appointed COO for one of the nation’s fastest growing restoration companies, I am pleasantly surprised by the immense impact we have had in such a short period of time.
From our inception decades ago until today, our founder, Kevin Sasser remains true to his dream of building a company founded upon an entrepreneurial spirit, leading by example, and being the friend you trust to answer the phone when disaster strikes. His example emboldens our on-going dedication to unmatched customer service and our core values: Responsiveness, Service and Quality. This foundation catalyzes Sasser and allows us to continually refine our verticals to better serve our existing and future clients.
As we continue to grow, our core values and operating model have and will continue to allow us to emerge stronger from our challenges. Large loss is now the norm, our fleet has grown, and our operations have shifted towards a broader focus beyond programs.
Currently, the renewed goals and ambition of our leadership team have ignited a supercharged era focused on expansion with a commitment to our smile-and-a-handshake style of business— reminiscent of a time when it truly meant commitment. We will follow and help further today’s industry guidelines and protocols, while implementing and welcoming tomorrow’s technology as we become a dominant, calculated force in our industry as a turn-key solution.
Our focus will continue to cause an awakening within our industry underscoring the facts that the truth matters and over-promising/ under-delivering is not okay. We cannot be all things to all people; however, we can be truthful, transparent, and give our all to those we serve. This will set us apart.
