In 2016 we were working with a large retailer to bring buildings back to life after Hurricane Matthew damaged the property. Recently in February of 2021, we were helping multifamily communities return to normalcy after the unprecedented Winter Storm Uri left thousands out in the cold.

Case Study: Medical Facility
One particular case involved a multi-story medical facility that experienced sewage loss on the third floor. Multiple offices, patient rooms and surgical rooms were contaminated resulting in the need for immediate containment and remediation.
Sasser stepped in immediately to mitigate the situation. Our environmental hygienist developed protocol and led the coordinated clearance of all spaces. After our team had contained and resolved the issue, third-party testing was conducted to ensure all bacteria were eliminated.
Throughout the course of this project, Sasser managed over 49K square feet with 25 team members and solved for $530 in mitigation and repairs.
